Be better prepared to support people with budgeting and cashflow.
A free online event provided by the Money Guiders England Network.
Tue, 18 Oct 2022 11:00 - 12:30pm
The cost of living crisis, rising prices and increased energy bills have put many more individuals and households under financial pressure in recent months.
In this workshop, we will explore together why making a budget can be a useful tool for the people we work with and we will consider how to get started and some of the common issues that come up.
Then we will move onto ideas about how to reduce households costs, cover ideas for income maximisation and other ways to bring money in.
Finally, we will consider some of the many different tools available for preparing and managing a budget, to cover both digital and "analogue" versions, recognising that not all the people we work with are online.
