In celebration of 10 years of QSA’s This Way Up programme we will explore how mindfulness can aid money guidance and enable better communication. Hosted by the Money Guiders England Network.
This Way Up is a programme of professional life coaching and stress-reduction techniques for people who feel stuck. It has been delivered by Quaker Social Action for over 10 years.
It was designed for anyone living in on a low income who wants to get their life on track if they feel held back by challenging circumstances or difficult past experiences.
At this event we will hear from the lead coach of This Way Up, sharing the achievements, lessons, successes and recommendations they've learned over 10 year period of the programme.
We will use the experience and lessons learned from this project to seed a conversation between participants about how money guiders can use these lessons to support their work.
