Why attend this event
This session is for frontline workers who do income and expenditure calculations with the people they work with.
They could be a general money guider, a housing officer, a mental health worker, a money coach, a food bank volunteer, or anyone who finds themselves having conversations with people that might include the money guidance they need. It would also include staff who support money guiders in their organisations, such as managers and business development or partnership managers.
You will discover the barriers to successful completion of income and expenditure statements and how to overcome them.
Who is leading the workshop?
Mark McElvanney and Charlotte Green, Partnership Manager at IE Hub and Lynn Crawford, a Financial Wellbeing Officer from Changing Lives. For more information about IE Hub, please visit https://iehub.co.uk/customer/about/
