Hosted by the Money Guiders England Network.
This session is for frontline workers who support people with vulnerabilities. They could be a general money guider, a housing officer, a mental health worker, or anyone who finds themselves having conversations with people with vulnerabilities that might include the money guidance they need.
Attendees will learn
- Indicators of vulnerabilities including life events (e.g. bereavement, redundancy, retirement) and personal characteristics (e.g. age, disability) that may impact on money / income / risk / vulnerable circumstances
- How to support people with such vulnerability indicators
- How the Vulnerability Registration Service aims to support vulnerable people
