Learn about the various government support that is available for the current spike in the cost of living, and how to apply for it.
We will hear from Thomas Brooke at Citizens Advice about the cost of living crisis and how Citizens Advice is using the experiences of the people they work with to advocate for better protections for consumers.

Suitable for all money guidance practitioners who work with people affected by the cost of living situation - especially those whose clients are receiving welfare benefits.
With challenges around the cost of living, every money guidance practitioner needs to be prepared to guide clients presenting with issues around budgeting.
