QSA has published a new staff charter, which replaces a previous code of conduct.
Its purpose is to safeguard the reputation of QSA and everyone involved with it, including the people who use our services.
The new charter has been designed by QSA staff, and moves away from a previous list of "dos" and "don'ts", and towards something that is based on trust, using positive language that reflects QSA’s mission and values.
It is a statement about:
- The colleagues we aim to be to one another
- The behaviours that people using our services can expect from us
- The professionals we want to be when working with partners
We want everyone who works on behalf of QSA to be proud of what they do in the name of QSA and to take QSA’s reputation seriously.
