Join Quaker Social Action to explore how our longstanding but relatively small charity, which lives out Quaker values of equality and justice, is achieving national impacts on overlooked national issues – and what lessons we have learnt which can be applied more widely. The session draws upon two examples of QSA’s work at different stages: our well established work on funeral poverty, and our new housing project for young adult carers.
The session will be led by Claire Brandon, the manager of our Down to Earth project, alongside QSA Director Judith Moran and Head of Fundraising and Communications, Peter Christmas.
QSA will then have a stand at the Groups Fair from 17:45 to 20:00.
