When: Wednesday 7 August 2024, 10.30-12.00
Where: Online
Speakers: Rachel Harte, Money First Aid and Stacey Lowman, Money First Aid
Who is this session for?
Anyone who gives any kind of money guidance and is interested in ideas for how to structure conversations around money, questions to ask and a framework to use.
What is the event about?
We aren't always taught conversational skills - they are often picked up in life as we go along. When it comes to money guidance, we need to learn specific things about people's circumstances and finances in order to give the best guidance that we can. But we don't always know the best questions to ask, or a framework to work with. Rachel and Stacey, the team at Money First Aid, have many years' experience in money roles including as coaches. They will draw on their experience and will share a model that you can use in your own work.
