Abby works in policy campaigns for national charity Citizens Advice, having worked for many years at food bank charity Trussell Trust as their policy and advocacy expert on poverty and destitution.
She is committed to making sure policy is informed by the experiences of people, particularly people on low incomes or who are marginalised, and loves helping frontline charities use their data and expertise to bring about policy change.
While not a Quaker herself, she is inspired by the principles of equality, simplicity and truth, and works to live these through action.
Beside work, Abby likes cooking, talking about food, and being evangelical about London.
