Lily is a development worker for Cook Up.
Lily has a background in housing rights work. She has worked at various charities across London, including Toynbee Hall, Mary Ward Legal Centre and most recently as a housing rights paralegal at Hackney Community Law Centre. Lily has a strong commitment to social justice and believes that everyone should have access to affordable quality housing.
Lily has a BA in History and Politics and will be completing an MASc in Global Urbanism at UCL funded by the Ruth Glass scholarship alongside her work at QSA. Her research will focus on gentrification, the housing crisis and community-led design projects.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending the day cooking with friends and family, cycling, reading and visiting galleries.
