Carrie is the manager of our financial wellbeing project, Made of Money
Carrie is a south east Londoner with over 20 years of experience working in community development and youth work, as a manager and practitioner.
Carrie is fascinated by the process of seeing things in different ways, and she’s been drawn to work that helps people (herself included) to do this. This has involved tutoring youth and community undergraduate students, running projects around the edges of formal education and a lot of conversations with people who are exploring new solutions.
She has delivered work with organisations ranging from Quakers in Britain, to Westminster Council and Australian Red Cross, and has also run a charity as a volunteer.
Her enthusiasm for learning has carried her through a Social Science BA, an Environment & Development MA at SOAS and a Diploma in Informal and Community Education from YMCA George Williams College.
When not at work Carrie enjoys reading, yoga and being in nature with her family and friends.
