4in10 is London’s Child Poverty Network. We are made up of over 450 organisations and individual members working to improve the lives of children living in poverty across the capital. Our collective belief is that all children have a right to grow up free from poverty and that failure to protect this right denies children the freedom and dignity that others enjoy.
We campaign for a child poverty free London by shining a spotlight on the damage that poverty does to children and families in London and calling for the systemic changes we know are needed to end it.
We also seek to enhance the skills and capacity of members to tackle child poverty in their communities by providing opportunities for training and networking.
Quaker Social Action has been hosting the network since January 2024 following the closure of Children England. 4in10 London’s Child Poverty Network is funded by Trust for London and City Bridge Foundation.
