Sharing new insights from the final evaluation of Move On Up, QSA’s shared housing project for young adult carers, this webinar will explore how housing and support provision can be combined to better serve the needs of young adult carers, and what the impact of this joined-up support can look like for this group as they prepare for their futures.
We will also be discussing our key policy recommendations for the government as its Carers Action Plan comes to a close in 2020.
