A shared experience of stillness, reflection, and connection
Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for The Big Silence - a unique shared experience of stillness, reflection, and connection in the heart of London.
This special event brings together people from all walks of life to explore the value of silence in a busy, often overwhelming world.
Delivered in partnership with the Centre for Excellence in Mindfulness Research, and supported by Edwards Insurance Brokers, this is a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect - individually and together.
