We provide one to one support to people on benefits or low incomes across the UK. We mainly do this by phone, but you can also make initial contact by email.

The National Bereavement Service provide a free telephone helpline to families seeking practical support and guidance after losing a loved one.
The not-for-profit Service provides impartial and caring advice on aspects such as stopping unwanted mail, registering a death, probate, bereavement benefits and coroners’ investigations. It also signposts to local sources of emotional support.
